Q. My class bookings frequency are low
As a new tutor, it’s normal to have a low booking frequency since you don’t yet have reviews or evaluations.
As students begin to rebook your classes, your booking rate will gradually increase.

However, if your bookings remain low after a month, check your rebooking rate.
If it’s below 60%, it may be due to the following reasons:

(1). Class Quality: Improve your class quality by studying top tutors' lessons and meeting the platform's standards.

(2). Regulation Compliance: Frequent cancellations, absences, or failure to submit feedback can deter students from rebooking.

(3). Class Timing: Your chosen time slots might not align with peak student demand.

Generally, maintaining high class quality, punctuality, and adhering to regulations will lead to fully booked classes, regardless of the time slots. Focus on improving the first two points for better results.

The primary objectives for students using this service are 1) to speak English more frequently to enhance fluency, 2) to improve their English (pronunciation, sentences, expressions) under the guidance of the teacher, and 3) to learn new expressions and vocabulary.

To ensure the highest quality of English language instruction and to meet the primary objectives of our students, teachers are required to adhere to the following key guidelines during their lessons:
